The Heritage Institute for Policy Studies (HIPS) is pleased to extend an invitation for paper submissions for its Annual Forum for Ideas (AFI2023). The Annual Forum for Ideas is a deliberative platform, inviting scholars, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to contribute to an insightful discourse. This year’s theme aims to explore the importance of and the need to fostering a culture of peace and pioneering conciliation initiatives among Somali communities in the Horn of Africa.
